Ck2generator Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ck2generator platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ck2generator platform, you agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ck2generator as the service provider. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
- Are located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting activities.
- Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
- Understand that betting activities carry the risk of financial loss.
Ck2generator reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ck2generator platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, phone number, and valid bank or eWallet details. ck2generator reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, especially before processing withdrawals.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. ck2generator will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ck2generator reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Fraud, system manipulation, or bonus abuse.
- Providing false information during registration or verification.
- Attempting to access the platform using unauthorised software or methods.
- Breach any provision set out in this terms document.
- Money laundering activities or suspicious transactions.
- Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
In confirmed cases of account closure involving fraud, the account balance may be forfeited. For accounts closed for other reasons, any remaining balance will be returned subject to a compliance review.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Ck2generator users agree to comply with all of the following rules when using the platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
- Share your account with another person or allow any third party to use your account.
- Distributing platform information without prior written consent from ck2generator.
- Disrupting server operations or platform infrastructure.
- Abusing the customer support system.
- Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
- Staying within the deposit and betting limits you set for yourself.
- Report any technical bugs or result inconsistencies to the support team.
- Gambling responsibly and within your own financial means.
- Ensuring no third parties can access your account.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the ck2generator platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local Malaysian bank transfers.
Deposit
The minimum deposit is RM 5 via Touch 'n Go and RM 10 via FPX or bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the bank. ck2generator is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20. Withdrawal requests are processed in under 5 minutes upon successful identity verification. ck2generator reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for compliance review purposes where necessary, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or new accounts.
Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, in order to prevent fraud and money laundering. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a different bank account or eWallet will require additional identity verification.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Limitation of Liability
Ck2generator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from betting activities, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.
The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. ck2generator will make every effort to maximise uptime but does not guarantee that the platform will be free from disruptions, particularly during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events.
Third-Party Links
The ck2generator platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. ck2generator is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any such third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ck2generator platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ck2generator or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the ck2generator platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
Ck2generator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified via in-platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect, except for security-related changes which may take effect immediately.
